With the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy being this year, I decided to watch this movie in his honor. Not to mention the fact that I am obsessed with the lingering conspiracy around his assassination.
It tells the eyewitness account from the eyes of the employees of Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX and a local businessman, who would become famous for his vantage point of the assassination. Starring Zac Efron, Paul Giamatti, Marcia Gay Harden, Colin Hanks, and Billy Bob Thornton.
The movie was enjoyable despite the subject matter. The film focused on the assassination, but more importantly the three days afterwards. It was good for my generation to catch a glimpse on the screen of how politically divided the city of Dallas was in 1963.
